I began this blog in May 2016 as I came across Dr. Jan Chozen Bay’s book, Mindful Eating: A guide to Rediscovering a Healthy and Joyful Relationship with Food. And because I have an issue with emotional eating, I started this blog as a means of connecting with other Mindful or not so Mindful eaters.
Because I have another blog as well as two book writing projects on the back burner, and due to low-energy levels, I cannot continue to maintain this blog. This blog has lots of potential. I have a few followers, and it would be nice if interested bloggers can continue this blog rather than my shutting it down.
